Peisun Chemical Co., Ltd. was formed in 1986 as a joint capital venture between Peishin Industrial Co., Ltd. and Japan's Sugimura Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. Until then, Peishin Industrial, a subsidiary of Tu's Bros., had been importing Sugimura products and marketing them in Taiwan since 1979. Their success at the time was the result of hard work, strong sales, and the visionary sprit of Sugimura Chemical's then director, Muramatsu. Thereupon, both companies entered into a successful partnership, working in close communication and striving forward together to this every day.

 Our company provides a range of products including pickling inhibitor, anti-rust oil, press oil, cutting oil, peeling oil, pressure oil, and operation oil, for use in various industries such as steel, automotive, electrical appliances, machine tools, boilers, and so on. Business, like war, is a cut-throat affair, as products from nearly every country in the world all come to compete in Taiwan's free market. Fortunately, for the last twenty years, thanks to strong confidence from the industry and annually rising profits, we have managed, in our business dealings, to hold fast to the principles of customer respect, technological advancement and friendly service. Meanwhile, within the company, respect for individual needs is the starting point from which we pursue our goals of fairness, transparency and the assurance of a stable standard of living. The whole company therefore operates as one, focusing our attention on researching, developing and manufacturing new products to meet our customers' needs.
